As a Dotcom Sales Assistant, I was often the frontline of customer support dealing with everyday queries on anything that may interest the customer. This role also required exceptional time management skills, working as quick as possible in a timed environment whilst also maintaining positive customer relations and up-keeping the cleanliness of the store.

I was heavily involved in communications with the student union, the university, and individuals on a constant basis to keep up production of quality content. I have helped raise article views through skilled use of social media, maintaining an avid audience and my attention to detail was an asset as an editor and proof-reader. The role also required quickly learning WordPress and being punctual to meetings with a regular schedule.


Enclave Gaming
Nov 2015 - Sept 2016

Previous co-founder and owner of semi-professional eSports organization Enclave Gaming, managing 4 competitive teams and maintaining 2 sponsors. I also created all the graphics, ran the social media, and produced the announcements. This role required a constant punctual, succinct, and professional relationship whilst also needing great interpersonal skills, managing up to 20 different people at a time.

A week’s work experience utilizing my knowledge of Photoshop and quickly learning the design and usage of the unique ‘shutters’ software. I created my own advert after exceeding expectations and completing the initial tasks set for me within the first 3 days.
